The final two episodes of the season are set to be hosted by "SNL" alum Maya Rudolph on May 11 and Jake Gyllenhaal on May 18, according to SNL's Instagram. The musical guests are scheduled to be Vampire Weekend and Sabrina Carpenter, respectively.
